2002 honda rancher 350 i'm on the 3rd new carburetor and i changed the petcock it's still leaking out the overflow any suggestions for this. When the engine's running, that assembly is under pressure from the fuel pump, the rest of the time, there's no pressure So, there is zero risk of anything being drawn into the carb. This is the simple fix for a stuck or clogged needle seat/float is worth a shot before tearing it apart.
